I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine’s Day yesterday, and shared some love with those around you. I’ve teamed up with Holland & Barrett to share some heart healthy love, and made some not-so-healthy Marshmallow crispy treats, using a few of their products in a Nigella recipe.
Of the products they sent me, my favourites were the OatWell Crispy Hearts, Pomegranate sweets, and the Rude Health Puffed Brown Rice and Spelt Flakes – they’re like healthier versions of Rice Krispies and Bran Flakes!
Holland and Barrett are promoting their ‘Love your Heart’ campaign, promoting food products and exercise that to improve your heart health, reducing your cholesterol and lowering your risk of heart disease.
This quick, bodyweight workout will get your heart pumping and your legs burning. Repeat the full workout – in whatever order you like, three times through. It would work well as part of a run or a treadmill workout.
Puffed brown rice is reason enough to make some chocolate rice crispie buns, right? 🙂
