triumph Triaction photoshoot

If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you’ll have seen that I’ve spent the past few days in Malaga with Triumph Triaction sports bras, shooting an incredible campaign. It’s coming out in March (I think) and I can’t wait to share it with you.

I had so much fun with the girls out there, which included 20+ influencers from all over Europe, three days filming and a lot of laughs.

Before heading to Spain, I was really really nervous about being in a sports bra on set, however after the first morning shooting (and after a seriously good hair & makeup job by Vanessa), I felt so much more confident. I relaxed and enjoyed myself rather than worrying about pulling up my leggings or trying to suck in my stomach. The girls, photographers and team with us all made us feel so comfortable, for which, I cannot thank them enough. I’ve come home feeling better about myself and more confident in my own skin than I have in years.

If you haven’t seen my vlog from the trip, you can watch it here.

After listening to feedback on my Instagram stories, I’m going to be sharing more Youtube videos but also keep up with the blog too! Make sure to subscribe to my channel so that you don’t miss out on any vlogs – I’m planning a Marathon series in the next few months in the lead up to the London Marathon!

I’m not allowed to share too much about the campaign just yet, but it is sharing a message that I can get on board with…women supporting women!

I went to an all girls boarding school which was really bitchy and not a particularly nice environment some of the time. This trip one of the girls who went to my school was also there, Lucy and I weren’t friends at school but realise now that we have so much in common! It was so fun to have her there and to catch up after 15 years! The trip made me realise how much things have changed, at least with the girls I spend my time with nowadays, and how important it is not to see other women as ‘the competition’ but to support each other.

we all rise

We rise by lifting others.

I am so proud to be partnering with this brand for the next few months, as you may know if you’ve read this blog for a while, I’ve worn Triumph Triaction sports bras for my past 3 marathons and raved about them in my Women’s Running article.

For those of you that were asking, my favourite styles are the Hybrid Lite and Extreme Lite bras.

Really looking forward to watching your vlog. I went to an all girls school until I was in year 8 when I went to a boys boarding school (which has just started letting girls in) so I know what you mean. Katie x

I’m excited for your marathon series, I’m currently thinking about signing up for my first but haven’t quite got the nerve to do it yet!

I really enjoyed your vlog on this trip. I watched it whilst on the treadmill and it made the time whizz by.
