It was such a lovely morning on Saturday that I decided to skip the gym and take my workout to the local park. I have loved doing as many workouts as possible outside this summer, and I’ll really miss it when the weather takes a turn for the worse.

I wore my new awesome ‘Strong is the new skinny’ tank from Gym Talk. This slogan resonated most with me of all the tanks available, as I am proud of how strong my body is, and am not fussed that I will never be a size 6. I do wish that it said ‘Strong is the new Sexy’, but hey they can save that for another top. The top isn’t sweat wicking, so not ideal for running, but great for a weights workout or even for a pilates or yoga class. At £16.99 these tops would make an awesome present for anyone you know that’s in to fitness- particularly Crossfit I would imagine.
