New Balance X J Crew Sport

NB X J Crew Sport

I am obsessed.

Seriously. I walked into the J Crew shop in a mall in Atlanta and walked out nearly $200 lighter, armed with some sports wear that is exactly my style. Seriously…

Navy √

Spotty √

Stripey √

The fact that it’s two of my ultimate fave brands doesn’t hurt, and appeals to my inner preppy style.

And because it’s a brand collaboration with a great fitness brand, the kit is top quality, thoughtful and actually does the job you want it to. The long sleeve tops are on a run, wash, repeat schedule in my fit kit wardrobe.

It seems like I’m not the only one loving this range – I’ve had compliments and questions every time I’ve worn a piece on social media, so I knew I had to share more about it.

And the best news is that this isn’t a US only collaboration, it’s available in the UK. PLUS due to our horrible exchange rate it’s actually cheaper here in the UK – at £35 for a long sleeve, I think it’s great value.

Either already in my wardrobe, or on my wish list (ok, shopping bag on the US site ready to order for my NYCM trip) is the below…

NB X J Crew Sport

1. Impact 3 inch Shorts $49.99 2. J Crew Ice Tank £25, 3. J Crew in Transit Top £35  4. J Crew 90s windbreaker £100 (available in White/Navy too) 5. J Crew Printed in Transit Top £35 6. J Crew Printed Perfect Tank £22  7. J Crew Fashion Tight £50  (more colour ways available on US website) 8. J Crew Printed in Transit Top £35

The ones in pounds above show the pieces that are available on the UK website, where the items with dollar prices are only available in the US. There is a lot more variety on the American site, however it seems like most of my faves are on the British site too.

How amazing would this outfit look to run NYCM in with my Fresh Foam 1080s and some compression socks (and a lot of body glide)!

Finally, thank you to both brands for using awesome women in the adverts, they aren’t skinny minnie models, they are real, sporty girls. YES!! They’ve got a runner and a Soul Cycle instructor as part of their campaign. Fingers crossed if this collaboration goes well then it might become a regular partnership, or at least have a second season!

What do you think of the range? Are you as enamoured as I am?

Hello! I love this collection! Please could you inform how the sizing compares to Nike or similar? Thank you! 🙂

Me too! I’ve got smalls, and think they’re slightly bigger than Nike especially tops!

I bought 5,6, and 7 and I’ve already worn the outfit twice. It’s going to be my go-to in this chilly weather and I really want more of these tights in every colour! I love that they have pockets!

The pieces look great! I love stripes and they tend to be in a lot of my staple pieces for casual wear! It’s quite different to see them in sports pieces too.

I love the windbreaker with the big pocket!

I’m always really jealous of winter running gear! I live in Dubai so it never really gets cold enough for long sleeves or tights. Would definitely consider if I was away running somewhere cooler!

I had NO idea of this collaboration, and that might be a good thing as I would’ve spent way too much $ already. The outfits are adorable and great for transitioning from workout to day time errand running mom (AKA ME!). I hope they also release these to the outlet stores!

These look fab! I do love a Breton stripe and now I can add that to my fitness wardrobe too. You’re such a bad influence (like I needed encouragement to buy new kit!) 😉
