My Current Favourite Autumn Activewear

In no way shape or form is this sponsored… I just seriously love these pieces and have had quite a few compliments on a lot of them so thought I’d share the ❤️

So in my opinion, Asics have got things a little wrong with some of their kit in the past. It felt very brash, a little bit *whispers* cheap. There have always been pieces I’ve liked from their range but honestly they have nailed their latest drop and new Regent Street store.

These trainers have been on my feet non-stop since I got them. They are running trainers designed for ‘easy road running’ which I’ve taken to mean shorter, easy runs. I’ve worn them to a 5K history run around London, to Barry’s Bootcamp and to a physio session – plus all day in between. I often lug a huge bag around London with me and so wearing the same pair of shoes to uni and then to my evening run saves a little bit of weight (and space).

A couple of other Asics pieces that I’m loving are their layers; this green top is so cosy and warm, and I think really flattering with a unique neck line. It worked perfectly as a uni -> run outfit, and I think would work well to wear for your run, put on after a class to go for brunch, or just to wear as ‘activewear’ when you’re not even hitting the gym!

Ok so this jumper is a little boxy, and maybe not the most flattering in the world but I love it. It is so comfortable, the perfect thing to throw on post run or workout. Plus I’ve had a lot of compliments on it because it doesn’t look like your typical sports sweater.

You might have seen these new Sweaty Betty leggings all over Instagram – and for good reason. They are super comfortable, functional with bonded seams and a back zip pocket, plus they’re designed to make your bum look great! As my glutes are something I’m focusing on currently, I really appreciate this 🙂

I’ve popped these trainers on my Instagram a number of times and promise a full review is coming soon, but I’m seriously loving these Nike Zoom Vaporfly 4%  for road racing (although yes they’re crazy expensive). I’m also thinking of buying a pair of Nike Zoom Fly for training to make the Vaporfly 4% last longer.

Lastly, I obviously visited Lululemon once or twice during our honeymoon and although I tried to limit my purchases, I did buy a few items.

The Fresh in Mesh tight in Navy, some new black Wunder Unders, and a tank similar to this one.  The top in the above photo is from a new-to-me brand, Lole, a Canadian company that I stumbled upon in Santa Barbara. I can’t find the long sleeve top that I bought online but this is the tank version.

What are your favourite running brands at the moment? Any new kit you’ve treated yourself to as we transition from Summer to Winter?

Some of the links are affiliate – this doesn’t cost you any extra if you do decide you like the look of any of the above – but gives me a little kick back to keep utilising Anna’s amazing photography skills! Thanks xxx
