What are your May goals? Do you tend to give yourself short term or long term goals? I tend to set long term goals and forget about short term, small goals.
Love this, can I add one on… “See Stephanie” Still up for Costco on 17th? Between this and Liz Goodchild’s post yesterday I am planning some serious goal setting.
These are great goals, I don’t know how you fit it all into one day! I think my goals for the month are to lose the 4 pounds I put on, get back in love with running, enjoy running We Own the Night and improve on the aerial stuff I do as well as start on my routine for the summer show!
This is pretty much the same as me, except not sure cycling 20 miles to work is feasible. Rich and I are talking about hiking and joining in with the local cycle club’s sunday morning rides.

Wow yes 20 miles is pretty far, mine is 6 miles each way. Joining a cycling club is something I’d love to do with Tom in the future!
