Sorry for the rather long blogging hiatus, unfortunately it has coincided with an extended exercise hiatus plus a lot of Christmas eating and drinking. I feel like I have overindulged- a lot. To make me feel slightly less guilty I have worked out my January training plan plus signed up for a couple of races in the New Year, including a half marathon with my cousin in March! Rob says that he will run it with me but I’m pretty sure he will be sprinting off into the distance early on in the race.
