It feels like it’s been ages since I last did a speed workout, and with proper half marathon training starting next week I thought it was high time I changed that. My other Tabata Treadmill workout is so popular that I thought I’d try out another one for you guys. The twist on this is that although the speed is slightly less, the incline is higher.
As always make sure you adjust the speed and incline for your ability- they can easily be increased or decreased. Just make sure you get nice and sweaty, and a proper workout.

Quick question – interesting, does the jumping to the side of the treadmill work without incident? I’ve always thought it might be a bit too dangerous at high speeds
