Flex in the City

You know those awesome street gymnasts/artists that you see pictures of and wish that was you…well now it can be with the help of one of Nicola Cher Geismar’s 90 minutes classes. Work your way around London, strengthening your core and  upper body and hopefully taking lots of arty photos. I’m hoping to go for a class at the end of the month- first class is free, £12 for subsequent workshops.

Rabble Games

Have fun getting fit playing games such as dodgeball, frisbee, capture the flag, British bulldog and other playground fun from your childhood with other likeminded Londoners in Finsbury Square and Clapham Common. Email them for a free trial, normal sessions are £7.50/£10 depending on if you book in advance.

Fare Healthy

Eat. Sleep. Train. Repeat.

Enjoy a day of food, fitness and health in West London on the 24th with Hemsley and Hemsley, Deliciously Ella, SBC, Honestly Healthy, Lululemon, Good Life Eatery, Frame and Livia’s Crumble to name a few. Basically the hottest of the fitness and health lot at the moment! Tickets are only a tenner, with classes £7 each- much better value than other similar events I’ve been to. See you there?

Eat and Think Nutrition Workshop

Also on the 24th Jan, join the lovely dieticians behind Eat and Think.co.uk  for a day of learning about simple educated nutrition philosophies; how to plan your meals, shop and eat well in 2015. You’ll learn about the healthy-giving properties of ingredients and how to increase the nutrient content in your diet.  Plus you get a free lunch (ok it’s included in the price, £110 for the day plus food and drinks!))

Email info@eatandthink.co.uk for more info or to book a spot.

Sweaty Betty Fit flex flow

Fly Flex Flow

Get fit for free with Sweaty Betty’s new in-store class Fly Flex Flow classes from January 22nd-February 12th. The workout is a mix of cardio drills and running outside, a weights section with a routine working the entire body finished off with a yoga section at the end. It is certainly a full body, full workout experience and I loved it. Why not give it a go yourself at your nearest Sweaty Betty.
